Airport Counter Check-in: Check-in for your flight in the most conventional manner by stopping by the Air Jamaica counter at the airport.
Next Day or Advance Check-in: This option allows you to save time and check-in for your flight up to 24 hours in advance of your departure time via the internet. To check-in online, visit Air Jamaica’s online check-in page. After checking-in, you can print out your boarding pass and proceed directly to the security gates if you aren’t checking any baggage. If you have to check baggage be sure to stop by the Air Jamaica counter.

For those traveling Economy Class, you will be allowed 2 items of checked baggage, not exceeding 23 kg per piece and with dimensions (L + W + H) not totaling more than 155 cm per item. Carry-On Baggage Restrictions for Air Jamaica
You are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage with you on the flight at no extra charge. The maximum weight for carry-on baggage must not exceed 10-13 kg, with a total dimension (L + W + H) of 113 cm. Air Jamaica offers 2 options for seating on their flights:
Economy class seating on Air Jamaica has a distance of 33 inches between seats. Seats are comfortable but do not have seat-back screens.
Business Class (also called Executive Class on Air Jamaica)
Business class seating on Air Jamaica has a distance of 60 inches between seats. As well as having a greater distance between them, the seats are larger than those in economy class.
Pets are not accepted for carriage on Air Jamaica either in the cabin or as cargo.
Dependant on the flight, and type of aircraft, Air Jamaica offers a wide variety of food, beverage and entertainment options.
Business Class offers the same entertainment options as Economy class, also with complimentary headphones. Snacks and drinks are provided as in Economy class, but alcoholic beverages are also complimentary.
Air Jamaica operates a fleet consisting of Airbus airplanes. Their fleet consists of Airbus A319, A320 and A321 aircraft.
